-No! The job is not physically demanding, but if you are fit, when you start the job, most likely you will
become even more fit. The carriers are using bikes, electric bicycles, mopeds or cars as transportation.

What does a carrier earn?
-As a delivery worker, you are paid on a piece-rate basis, and payment is made in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement. The wage is calculated per job per delivery day and is based on the minimum payment rates in the collective agreement, which are currently gross 150 DKK per hour plus pension, a flexible spending account, and holiday pay, assuming a working pace of 100. Working pace 100 refers to a standardized work rate. This means that a specific amount of time is allocated for you to complete a certain amount of work. If you work exactly within this time, you are working at a speed of 100. The calculation of working pace 100 takes into account various factors, such as preparation at the distribution center, the nature of the route, adherence to traffic regulations, deliveries in multi-story buildings, getting in and out of the vehicle, and so on. If you work faster and deliver more than working pace 100, you earn more per hour. If you work slower and deliver less, you earn less per hour. Please note that the amount is gross, and taxes must be deducted.
